Manwin appears to be angling to "own" the porn business, quite literally, but I think they are just running themselves into trouble.

My feeling is that as more and more existing companies fall under the Manwin banner, the more it opens up the market for new players to come in and challenge them. Nobody likes a monopoly or near monopoly, and anyone who doesn't want to work for Manwin or is on their blacklists will certainly be looking for somewhere else to work.

I actually think this also may lead in the long run to the US looking more closely at the business of Visa, Mastercard, and such, and perhaps requiring that online companies that sell through these brands must process that transaction inside the US, making the transactions subject to US law. That would certainly change things, wouldn't it?
