Wow...quite a move. I have a friend who lives in Aberdeen. I was going to move to HK awhile ago now. Had a place all scoped out in mid levels. Quite a few friends there. The landlord wanted 43000k USD up front. We retired to our hotel with 25 flight cases of tv equipment, and booked a flight to Manila where I lived for some time. A lively place with lots of riots, boat people and tons of work opportunities. Always wondered how my life would have changed had I stayed in Hong Kong.
