Beginning on October 1, 2011, all Affiliate payouts will change from the amount reflected on our previously published rate card of all programs (excluding xsells) to a 50/50 revenue share based program. Thus, for each initial sign up/subscription generated by an Affiliate, such Affiliate will receive 50% of the revenue for the initial sign-up or subscription.
Additionally, to comply with IRS rules, each and every Affiliate must have on file with Smartbucks a valid W-9 or W-8 in order to receive payment under the Smartbucks program. Failure to maintain an appropriate W-9 or W-8 on file with Smartbucks for more than 90-days will result in forfeiture of any Affiliate fees or revenue shares otherwise due and payable to that Affiliate.
