Thanks Chris. I'm invested in The Smokeeaters pub in Northeast Philadelphia and have some real estate rentals in Mayfair and Tacony so I should be fine and have plenty to do. I'm hoping to get away for a vacation as well, I haven't had one in about 6 years now. LOL
