I don't know about the 401K, but AVN had been on a 4 day week for quite some time already. At least 2 years. They've scaled back considerably and now there is but 1 employee remaining on a 4 day work-week. The rest have regular days/hours.
It's fun to watch all the speculation about AVN, GFY, who owns what, who's buying who, etc. I'm glad the acquisition is finally public knowledge.
