Is it just me, or does that statement seem to say "if you don't pay up, we're gonna screw you on your names?"
Not only does that make this a horrible thing, but how many people want to take bets on how long it will take the government to start regulating everything in xxx as a "good idea to protect the children?"

I'm just so happy we have big brother to nanny us.
