Re: Epass shit - fan interaction
It's an interesting story to follow considering the bank in question is used by the U.S. Government for such matters as Social Security payments and such.
Epass and Michael their rep are sounding confident the issue will be resolved soon and yesterday at 6-7pm Pacific they said it would be handled in 24 hours. So we have another 6-7 hours to see what happens next.
In the meantime, now's the time for other ecommerce companies to come forward with their alternate options. Is Epass the only game in town? Are there other companies that offer what Epass does but better?
It's always wise to have a backup plan.
