Damn, the last time I was on the south side of $100K a year was back in the 1980's starting out in Aerospace! I have employees making more than that now.

BTW, the concept of that picture is good, but the execution is quite poor. A good photographer would have shot it much better and not screwed up the lighting so much. I actually don't like it at all as his use of light and shadow is way off.
