I think that is just spin, to get them a way to save some face. They're really just avoiding an expensive damages lawsuit by ICM, which they'd likely lose due to the arbitors prior decision.
As I posted on another forum yesterday, this was pretty much a forgone conclusion once the arbitor ruled last year.
The fight now shifts to keeping governments from trying to make in mandatory for adult content.
