Just my 2¢, as I have no inside info, but I believe the billing processors and others being named is so that the plaintiff can go after the funds once there is a judgement against the primary plaintiff, since they're in Cyprus and all but untouchable.

Many of these sites, 4chan, GF sites, illegal tubes, etc. are all claiming to be exempt from 2257 because the content is user uploaded and unreviewed. We know that's total bullshit in many cases, but damn difficult to prove without insider evidence.
