Actually, this one opens up all sorts of interesting cans of worms.

I have to ask first how a 15 year old flies across the country to shoot nudes. Something isn't entirely adding up here, but that is another story.

Second one, is how does a federal lawsuit touch a company in Cyprus? I am assuming unless the owners are stupid enough to show up, there would be a default judgement that wouldn't be enforceable outside of the US.

Third one is representation: if these sites are accepting user submitted content, are they actually working to get appropriate 2257 documents, and in fact, are those documents required for a site operated from Cyprus?

Fourth, is it the suggestion that the billing companies are liable for every piece of content on every site at all times? Were any of them notified (other than via a lawsuit) so that the offending images could be removed? Would Visa and Mastercard also be deep pocket defendants, especially if the suit is launched in a state with vicarious liablity? The billing companies would appear on the surface at least to be getting roped in only because the defendants see some money, somehow.

Fifth, where is 4chan in all this? Besides the lulz, you have to wonder what the fuck is going on when a site like that becomes a great source for kiddy porn. makes ya wonder.
