I do raise issue with your claim Dirty D is innocent til proven guilty and then turning around and claiming her guilt.
Until you get guys like Max Hardcore, Rob Black, Kahn Tusion, Dirty D, etc.... to continually give adult a black eye, the public will continue to generalize their attitudes against the "nasty pornographers."
Look brother, I am with you. Adult is a beautiful thing. I enjoy the content and have no shame in admitting so. Personally, I think adult provides more to society than any horror/slasher/killer movie produced. But those in adult have a responsibility especially because they are under the microscope constantly. Was the girl wrong to use her friends drivers license? Absofuckinglutely. Does she share blame in this situation? Again, yes. But Dirty D, as an admitted "pervert" and businessman in a heavily scrutinized (valid or not) industry, must do diligence in making sure everything he does is within the law.

No, I don't agree with that.
I'm not "lumped in."
I currently hold 3 separate public offices in my community, and they KNOW what I do for a living. I've never hidden it, and I've never hide my real name. Neither here, or in the "real" world.
I'm not claiming her guilt, SHE is. The thing started because SHE claimed to be underage, no? She admitted to a crime. This "D" character has not. In fact, he claims his innocence. And the LAW says he's innocent until proven guilty.
And while I am loath to defend people making content I don't personally agree with, i DO defend them, and will continue to do so. Free speech is free speech. It's really that simple.
If you let them come for the guys closer to the edge, soon the edge grows closer to you, and YOU become the "loathsome" edge feeders.
So, yes, I defend what they do. And once again, I don't agree with all the 2257 laws. I support challenging them. Civil disobedience is the only way to change the law. This should in no way be misconstrued to mean I support KP. I don't.
