No wonder I landed here at Oprano. I'm glad to know others here have an appreciation for the finest cuisine of civilization. The Almighty Barbeque. Sounds like a blast your having Rhet. I think the best thing about BBQ is the fact that it has a different approach everywhere you go. I ran an open pit BBQ when I was going to college in Alabama, ran a million dollar store BBQ chain here in Tampa ... ah, how I miss the smoke ... maybe one day gonna open my own flavor.
