It's the only one left standing, but it is destroyed anyway (water damaged and such).
The real question is why people are allowed to build houses in a location that requires them to be on stilts for flooding and gets hit with hurricanes and such on a fairly regular basis?
At the end of the day, someone is paying for this stuff.
