This is like picking sides in a fight between Iran and Lybia. You can't like either of them enough to really want to cheer.

However, that being said, there is a ton of potential here for some interesting caselaw to be made, and for someone to ram the proverbian splintered broom handle up AFF's corporate ass. I will be interested to see if in the end the lawsuit extends to the specific actions of the past owner(s).
