Again, who is using a browser to upload anything? How can Google gain rights to something that the end user isn't in a position to grant rights to in the first place? Word product wouldn't be owned by the user but in fact owned by who is paying it, so the user would not be in a position to grant any rights to Google. Thus, Google would be using stuff without rights.

It's sort of the youtube dilemma. They know they don't have the rights to 99.9% of it, but they try to pull the covers over themselves and blame the end user
