Re: Google's Chrome browser screws you over with copyrights??
Reality is that the contract is between the end user and google, not the web site owner and google. Google cannot write terms that legally allow third parties to give rights that they don't already own.
I am suspecting this is a T&C copied from somewhere else and not completely modified to match up to Chrome.
