It comes back to the very basics of the issue here: Had the material that this woman published been presented in a format other than as pedophile spank material, written in a format other than for the prurient interest, she very likely wouldn't have had an issue. If it was part of a study, say relating in detail (but not gyno porn style detail) what happened to her (or others) in their childhood, I don't think there would be a big deal. In the same manner, if you made a documentary about the N word, some people might be a little upset, but you likely would still have a job the next day. Let's not forget that "nappy haired hos" is enough to have cost a certain radio personality a TV show and put him on the bench for more than a year.

Free speech isn't absolute.
