Revolting against taxes is one thing, trying to justify taking nude videos of minors is something that very few people will get behind. I am a big believer that the 18 is a pretty good number, and I think that porn people would have a damn hard time justifying 16 or 15 (or apparently 13, as was reported today).
The feds are after Mr Francis in a big way, and the case against him so far involved at least 4 girls that were apparently underage at the time (including a 13 year old!). I think that he would truly be the biggest dufus on the planet if he was to put the Dupree footage out there, with the full knowledge that she was underage at the time.
