Your "offer" was meaningless and besides the point. No one claimed what you state was claimed and subsequently requested proof of.

When it comes down to it, I can see that you do not understand the higher level issues in the particular scenario you have made reference to, namely, that billing companies, banks, and other financial institutions and service providers are obviously not TRULY interested (other than typical suit lip service) in solving the problems, if they were, we would not see the BS we see such as the recent major theft of data that was all over the news (and no, don't
fucking ask me to post a link to it - it's all over the news). The technology and personnel are CERTAINLY available to prevent such incidents . . .
