MBASE
The MBASE fees will be credited and corrected. After this you will be charged 35 cents per minute for ALL mbase usage.
Technical Support:
We will credit you for all Chatvibe Licenses. Technical Support for your performers will NOT be offered or rendered until this has been cleared with you first. At that time you will be required to send us a signed letter by fax authorizing you to give that performer ANY support, clearly indication the performers name, real name, date and time. We will not render any support whatsoever for your performers or customers until we have received this authorization by fax.
Email Setup Fee:
You are allowed 10 email setups. To the best of my knowledge you already have 2 or 3. Once you reach 10, you will be charged $100.00 for each additional email address.
Refunds on chargebacks.
There will be absolutely no refund on chargebacks or revenue share. I am fully aware of the legal issue regarding tips, however I will argue that Webmasters who bring you customers via MBASE are entitled to a percentage of all sales they bring to your models, including tips. If you disagree you are free to post this question to the BBS and ask all of our customers who drive traffic to your models if they should give up 100% of their revenue to you or not.
10% Holdback.
No problem, Shellee. We will payout whatever the current holdback is owed to you as soon as we receive a guarantee for MABSE usage. As stipulated in 4.05.04 "Payment Guarantees for MBASE Usage" which reads: Licensee shall put up such additional sureties which are, in the sole and absolute discretion of Licensor, sufficient to cover any negative account balance that may occur in the operation and/or maintenance of the Licensee's website, or which will cover additional services requested by Licensee, and the amount will be based upon an estimate provided by Licensor which would cover, at the minimum, an equivalent of three months operating expenses and Mbased usage, including an amount to cover hold backs which, in the sole and absolute discretion of Licensor, may be incurred in the operation of the website; Which shall be in this case, $1500.00 USD per website. If you prefer not to pay the $1500.00 per website, then we respectfully suggest that you leave your 10% holdback where it is until 6 months after each original purchase from each retail customer of your sites.
