A designer designs your site, after which you are responsible for it - you own the work. Michel was never your webmaster, you ran your own site supposedly, so you're responsible to maintain and update it.

As you said, Michel is a profesional and one of the most ethical people I've met. You can see at http://www.3xwebdesign.com/ he's all booked up and not taking on new jobs for a while. There's a reason for that and it's not because of what you tried to smear him with in your post. |
Please refer to our contract I paid 2much.net to maintain and update the website. Why would I need to call you if you were calling me to do something that was your responsibility. If you did not have permission to use photos or if permission changed -
you had a fiduciary duty to me for services paid for you should have been doing YOUR JOB.
