Anyway, You purchased a license to use our software. You did not purchase the use of the images of our girls or their model releases.

When you add girls to your website via our Mbase system (http://www.2much.net/mbase.html) you have the right to use their image because (a) the webmaste the girl works for is allowing it by adding her to mbase in the first place.

When that webmaster unshares that girl from mbase, or that girl quits or whatever, then you no longer have the right (nor the need) to continue to display that girls picture.

You were asked at least 3 times in 3 months to stop doing what you were doing, because it aided no one (especially not you), was disrespectful to the talent, etc. There is nothing in our contract that guarantees the use of any chat model's pictures on your website unless we sell you the rights to that image, AND you have the valid 2257 info, Model Release, etc etc.

What if the feds had knocked on your door and asked you for her 2257 info? What would you have done then?
