Wow - you don't read at all, do you? Let me type this out more slowly for you.
You HAD the right to use the images, until:
- You No Longer had the right to use those images. Alexxia asked you nicely to remove the pictures, and you ignored her.
- The images were useless since Alexxia no longer wanted to appear on your site (and you were therefore promoting someone who would never chat on your site again).
At first I told you that you should remove the images, since they were now useless. How can you make money promoting a girl who no longer exists on your website?
Then I told you that you REALLY should remove the images, because people clicking through to chat portions of your site looking for Alexxia were not finding her, and leaving, costing you business, traffic and bandwidth.
Then I told you once again that Alexxia who was pretty mad at you already, was now pissed because her images were still on your site.
I then told you to give me an image of ANY other girl that was working for you, or any image that you owned, and that I would replace Alexxias pictures for you, Free of charge.
I asked you this several times Shellee, but you brushed off the requests again and again. Professional, thats you alright.
