D, Gonzo only posted what has lately been flying around icq. He gave you all kinds of opportunity to sort it out. Your name and address have been public domain for awhile. Gonzo didn't do that. If he didn't post that shit, someone else would have. You have no reason to be angry with him. He gave you the opportunity to speak up and be heard. Settle the whole thing once and for all. Your employee Jenni said the whole thing is a fabrication. You now have a public platform to say your piece. Gonzo is not your problem here. He is your solution to quell rumours.
