The reason I'm being so persistent about this is because I recall seeing the arrest report posted on the boards years ago, a few months after it occurred. On AmateurMasters if memory serves. The PeeWee Herman references ran rampant.
Charles Taylor wasn't even a blip on the radar at that time.
