The basic logic behind your test here is somewhat flawed because the tech support guys that handle the problems on the weekends do not post on the boards for the most part and many of the sales guys (which is who you need up front) don't work on the weekends.
So, just because a sales guy hits you up on the weekend is absolutely no indication of what the tech support is like.
