Jeez, I live in a Scientology neighborhood. They have complexes all over Hollywood. Never had a fight with any of them. Their kids are nice and don't start shit like the other kids.
I have two cousins who are Scientologists and live near here. I gotta say whatever it did for them it sure worked cause them boys was WILD back in the day. Both are ex jarheads and would get into fights and shit all the time. I always wondered what happened to them then found out when I moved out here.
All religions are weird. You try explaining Christianity and Islam and Judaism to someone who'd never heard of them before and you'll probably get your ass kicked. Blood drinking, rising from the dead, monsters living under the earth, flying giant birds....
Hubbard was one genius of a guy I'll admit that. It takes more study to see if it's all what it says it is. I try to look at things from an objective point of view first. If it works it works.
Jury is out on it for me.
