Yes it is, and no it won't.
As Microsoft clearly demonstrated....it's not the "best anything" that floats to the top, it's the most powerful.
"The North American Language" has already pretty much won the game. But don't blame it on us....we inherited most of it from the Brits, and just gave it a little local twist. Then, we pretty much took over the world, and forced everyone else to adapt or die.
