My "regular" is what they call a Deluxe Baked Potato at a little place named Brisket BBQ, just a couple of blocks from where I bank. A Texas sized baked potato with all the usual fixins, plus a generous portion of chopped BBQ Beef Brisket and sauce. Add a side salad and you have a meal that'll satisfy the heartiest FFN appetite.
