I get the complaint about chicks that are only here to self-promote and then bail. On the other hand, it can be a tough environment in which to hang tight.

It is a tough environment!! i totally agree!!
I dont know why people complain about chicks promoting themselves......what are they suppose to do? Make money for someone else and not themselves. I dont want to promote someone else companies......I have plenty of times......but if you had your own company why would u push another product. I would rather the girls take a more hands on approach to show that we do have personalities and are real people.
