Unfortunately, a lot of men have trouble treating female colleagues with respect and that's not just something that happens on webmaster boards.
Some of them bring it on themselves and even beg for it, like Trisha, who I think posts here less for business and more for her ego, but when a woman comes along that isn't content, it would be nice if she was just treated like one of the guys. Unfortunately, most of any board's members are assholes.
