That's essentially the same thing Greg Piccionelli said at Cybernet Expo in regards to the effects of the Adam Walsh Act on 2257.
That was prior to the proposed regs being released, but he was of the opinion, based on how the law itself had changed, that it actually improved FSC's arguements that the entire law is unconstitutional. Time will tell. Title 18 U.S.C. 2257 is almost 20 years old*, and it isn't going to go away any time soon.
