That's not a big surprise, especially with CCBill programs. You won't find many affiliates these days putting all their efforts into pushing just a few sites. Too many have been burned by sites that were making big money for them, then suddenly the site closes for whatever reason & they lose the majority of their income.
I promote dozens of different sites/programs. Last year my number one revenue sponsor was 17.4% of my total affiliate income. If that program closed suddenly it would hurt, but I wouldn't be scrambling to figure out how to pay next months car payment.
