OMG I have been there! Years ago in another lifetime I was a chef. I was asked to be a judge for the Chili cook off at the Dixie National Rodeo.

I still have nightmares from that event.

There was a picture on the front page of the Sports section of me with a bottle of Pepto Bismol turned up drinking it straight from the bottle with dozens of little white bowls all around me.

That was my first and last chili cook off.
