You're right about the money in that area. Country Club of the South, St. Ives and several other communities where you'll find lots of celebs and sports stars and few houses under 7 figures in value.
And they like porn, they just dont want anyone to know about it. Cornetta has done that same deal all over town. Outcome is always the same, the news coverage is great marketing for the grand opening....the places are packed with those coming out of curiousity to those who are genuinely interested in the merchandise.
And yes, he has very good legal representation.
There'll be a municipal ordinance as soon as they can get organized enough to put it together. Which is why he's there now....hoping to be grandfathered.
