I read the complaint and thought it was humorous as well. I'll bet anyone money TMM wins, and not only that, it gets thrown out of court in a relatively early stage. I hope the lawyers are getting paid and not working on contingency, i'm sure they would know better than to take contingency on this one.
What's classic is what was originally posted by the TMM crew was something along the lines of "There was a discrepancy, we were met with profanity and resistance, so we are terminating their license." They never said they shaved. In the complaint, NR cites all these board posters for making insinuations on shaving. Technically - they should be suing those people, not TMM. I'm no lawyer, but the original statement were statement of facts that cannot be denied as false, nor have they been denied as false.
