My money is on someone from NATS, he has way too much info that a lot of the actual players don't even have lol so it's either nats or ccbill pullin those strings, has to be. No one knows what actually happened aside from a very very very select few people and I know for a *fact* it wasn't any one of the few using those nics.
Plus, who else is gonna be able to come up with a number? Think a million rubles was just something he said? Naw, those are internal numbers. Too much known by them and no way anyone aside from them have access to those numbers.
