Hell yes he fucked up, he thought he could pull some diehard shit and flee on foot.. it just didnt work, lol. I couldnt stop laughing when i heard about it, (about him trying to flee, not driving drunk.. thats just fucked up). The guy has had enough chances as is, he shouldnt be driving.
