Good point Docholly. I know I'm far more likely to use charcoal in the cooler months and the gas grill in the summer. I'll be grilling lobster and steak on the 4th if anyone wants to come hang out. Of course, Peaches and the other charcoal purists will probably pass and say it will taste lousy.
