I will pretty much go to any Las Vegas show that isn't in the absolute heat of summer or head to head with a major convention. And neither of those stop me every time, just doesn't make it an automatic.
But for stuff off the beaten path to go some place people have never been before... I've always said Broadmoor in Colorado Springs would be a wonderful facility for a truly unique show. Could do lots of outdoor type events such as cook outs up on the mountain and such. My hunch is the grown ups would love it, party crowd would hate it though due to lack of titty bars.
Of the more normal type cities, I'd love to see something in either Chicago or Atlantic City.
A big Indian casino and hotel someplace might also be a lot of fun.
