Try the Hyatt in Beavercreek ( Vail) colorado, it is an awesome hotel and is dead empty in the summer ( it is sold out during ski months of course) and it would be a terrific place to hold a show I think.

I stayed there once in July and only paid 89 bucks a night and the place is a true 5 star during season . so give them a call.
