I certainly can't speak for management, but the last I heard this was still a board for professional, as opposed to recreational, webmasters.
Just one example from the board earlier - if you are too dumb or too lazy to do a Google search for information you should have picked up on just by reading a newspaper slightly more sophisticated than "Our Weekly Reader" - actually, it probably has been in that publication too - then you deserve all the ridicule you get.
