The ban has hurt the bar industry big time here in my area. They are loising out on income because of the ban which drives me nuts even more because that means the people who whine about bars being smoky weren't even going to the bars in the first place or going now that the ban is in effect that they whined for to be put in place.
It drives me even more nuts to know that they strategically place the votes on spring election times like this past tuesday because they know it's a lot easier for them to win the vote at that time that in the fall when a much higher turnout will be in place.
