You'll notice I generally do actually do something to promote change or offer a solution if I bitch about something....
In this case, being gone a week and then coming back to the threads that accumulated over a week while I was gone really made an impression on me. And it wasn't a good one. Sometimes you have to step back from something to see it clearly.
I opted to share the observation and hopefully stir some productive discussion rather than just step.
