Default Re: Business Thread

The three most important in my opinion:

1: Remembering it’s really business, not a game.

2: Knowing what’s going on in your business: too many hire people then sit back or go fucking off. They don’t stay up to date on what’s going on. They need their hands on.

3: Good customer service

The most destructive are the ones who get caught up in the game forgetting it’s a real business like any other business. Sure it has perks and I keep my foot in it mainly because I find it exciting, HOWEVER I’ve seen a bunch of them get caught up in pussy, drugs, the “networking” & “Big Man” ego shit, that they forget why they are there in the first place.

You can be a personality, network, promote, etc. without letting people all up in your business and being seen in fucked up situation. Fuck up once and it could cost you everything. Keep an arm’s distance from everyone except your inner circle which takes years to develop. Be patient.

I like you. I have good feelings about you. You’re not a cocky arrogant wanna be weenie like a lot of them out there.
