Ive been back a few times. picking up pieces a little at a time. it is quite foul.
The foul nature of the city government has nothing to hide behind now.

Looks like Mardi Gras will be going on, my least favorite time to visit but good to see the area getting tourist dollars
It's weird though, city residents are getting moved out of hotels to make room for tourist
Actually rhetorical I'm more interested in Venice, thinking Rome is too dirty and foul. Too many tourist
