Other than three dozen waffle houses, closest thing I know of in that area that is open all night would be Denny's on JCB (I can order breakfast in Spanish).
Georgia Diner (Pleasant Hill at 85) and either the IHoP or Steak n Shake on Roswell Road (or again Gwinnett) would be next closest I think.
Atlanta needs more all night food. We tried to hit Waffle House at 4:30AM a couple of weeks ago and said "fuck it" after failing to be able to get into 3 in a row and went to Georgia Diner. Actually the last one wasn't full, it just happened to be 120 degrees in there....looked like Kenyans running the joint and I swear the only open table was like sitting in a blast furnace.
