You don't have spyware removal software on your computer already?
Not sure what to say. If you can't stay on the Net long enough to upload a file, you won't be able to download antispyware either. That's the biggie.
Either you're going to need to purchase some spyremoval ware from an actual computer store .... or find a free AOL signup disk, install, get a free account, use their antispyware, cancel the account. Then go get some real good stuff to finish the job when you're more stablized.
That's the only things I can think to suggest.
