That's about as insightful of a statement as when my net crashed & they told me to call back in 30 min and they'd know more about what the issue was, and the guy told me, "We've looked into it and we have established that yes there is an issue."
I felt like screaming rather rudely into the phone that I could've fucking told them there was an issue, because my internet was down!
